Our Spring 2024 Portfolio Review will be held virtually via Zoom. 


How do we do this?  We have developed a special scheduling software that greatly helps to accomplish this – then over the three days following our deadline of February 16th, our seasoned staff works manually with the data from the software to arrive at the guarantees for all attendees. We will refund any reviews that are not within our 60% guarantee. It’s worth noting that we are often able to award 80-100% of the review choices made by our attendees but 4 out of 6 is guaranteed.

Reviews are purchased in blocks of six. The price for 6 reviews is $510. There is a 5% discount (not combinable with other discounts) that is applied when 12 or more reviews are purchased. Daily registration is $55.


You do not choose your reviewers at registration.

All of our attendees will choose their reviewers on the same day: Friday, February 16th. We will be sending complete information prior to this date. In this way, no one can “get ahead” of you or pick their reviews before you do. We will begin working with the inputs from attendees Saturday. By Tuesday of the following week, (February 20th) you will receive your schedule of appointments. Should you want to make changes between then and the start of the program, you can simply review the list of remaining reviews on our website and send us an email with the changes you’d like to make. You’ll then receive a new confirmed schedule from us. The website will show up to the minute actual available reviews at all times HERE.

If you register after Wednesday, February 21st, you will still be able to select your reviews from those remaining available.

You will receive a series of emails from us during the week of February 19th with instructions for submitting your choices. The email will contain links that you will use to arrive at your portfolio review meetings via Zoom. You will be able to share your screen and allow the reviewer to control your mouse in Zoom while they review your work (PDF). This is as close to an in-person experience as is possible.

Reviews are by appointment only. Additional reviews each may be purchased online anytime leading up to the event. Attendees should be present in our waiting area at least 15 minutes before reviews. 

Our review blocks are scheduled Monday, February 26th – Wednesday, February 28th as follows:

Block One: 9:00am – 11:25am [six 20-minute review segments]

Block Two: 11:40am – 1:40pm [five 20-minute review segments]

Block Three 1:55pm – 4:20pm [six 20-minute segments]

Because of the time-sensitive nature of reserving portfolio reviews, we can only refund 100% of your registration fees until midnight, FEBRUARY 16th. After then, no refunds will be made.
